What is a Home Inspection?
A Home Inspection is visual inspection and observations of installed systems and components with the intent of providing the client a written report containing information about the condition of the inspected systems and components at the time of the inspection. The report is intended to provide the client information to make an informed decision on the purchase of a property.
There are 10 major categories of inspection areas that the home inspector evaluates these are: Structural Components, Exterior, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Air Conditioning, Interiors, Insulation and Ventilation, and Fireplaces/Fuel-Burning Appliances.
